To ensure your Qure Shower Filter works optimally, regular maintenance is important:
Having trouble? Don't worry, most issues are quick to solve.
Check that the shower head is tightly secured, and plumber tape is correctly applied. Add more tape if needed.
If you notice any unusual odors, flush the filter by running water through the system for several minutes. Remove and clean or replace the filter as needed.
Low flow can occur for a couple of reasons if the filter is clogged. If the pressure from your Qure Shower Filter feels too low, try these steps:
We offer a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover misuse, improper care, foreign objects, the filter cartridge, or issues arising from unauthorized components (e.g., malfunctions, reduced performance, or property damage).
To make a claim, contact our customer support via email or live chat.
Be sure to include your name, proof of purchase, device serial number, and a description of the issue.
The filter should be replaced every 3 months to ensure optimal performance.
If the pressure from your Qure Shower Filter feels too low, try these steps:
Check the washer and flow restrictor: Unscrew the filter from your shower arm and look inside both ends. Some homes have low water pressure already, and the built-in restrictor might be making it worse. You can remove the small black rubber ring with a plastic insert (the flow restrictor) to improve pressure.
Clean the mesh screen: Sometimes debris from your water supply can clog the filter mesh. Remove and rinse the filter under water or gently scrub it with a toothbrush to remove any impurities.
Make sure it's fully tightened: A loose connection can cause pressure loss. Reinstall the filter, making sure it's snug but not overtightened.
The Qure Shower Filter fits most standard showerheads. The filter is not compatible with showers that have built-in or custom fittings that do not feature standard threads.
