How To Replace The Filter

We recommend replacing your filter every 3 months to ensure optimal filtration.

You may find that water flow slows sooner than this 3 month guideline. In this case, you can replace the filter sooner to maintain strong flow and effective filtration.

To replace the filter, you’ll need a new replacement filter cartridge.

Care & Maintenance

To ensure your Qure Shower Filter works optimally, regular maintenance is important:
  • Wipe the filter’s surface with a damp cloth to remove soap scum and build-up.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning, and do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or corrosive liquids.
  • Replace the filter every 3 months, or sooner if the water flow slows down.
  • Periodically check the connections to ensure there are no leaks.

Troubleshooting & Adjustments

Having trouble? Don’t worry, most issues are quick to solve.

Water leaks

Check that the shower head is tightly secured, and plumber tape is correctly applied. Add more tape if needed.

Odor in the water

If you notice any unusual odors, flush the filter by running water through the system for several minutes. Remove and clean or replace the filter as needed.

Low or uneven water pressure

Low flow can occur for a couple of reasons if the filter is clogged. If the pressure from your Qure Shower Filter feels too low, try these steps:

  • Check the washer and flow restrictor: Unscrew the filter from your shower arm and look inside both ends. Some homes have low water pressure already, and the built-in restrictor might be making it worse. You can remove the small black rubber ring with a plastic insert (the flow restrictor) to improve pressure.
  • Clean the mesh screen: Sometimes debris from your water supply can clog the filter mesh. Remove and rinse the filter under water or gently scrub it with a toothbrush to remove any impurities.
  • Make sure it’s fully tightened: A loose connection can cause pressure loss. Reinstall the filter, making sure it’s snug but not overtightened.

Warranty Information

We offer a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover misuse, improper care, foreign objects, the filter cartridge, or issues arising from unauthorized components (e.g., malfunctions, reduced performance, or property damage).
