Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions for Qure Skincare

Introduction

Welcome to the Qure Skincare Affiliate Marketing Program, powered by Social Snowball. This program is designed to reward our valued affiliates for referring new customers to our products and services. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Eligibility

1. To be eligible for participation in the Qure Skincare Affiliate Program, applicants must be 20 years or older and have an active and valid method of payment reception
2. Qure Skincare reserves the right to approve or reject any application to the program at its sole discretion.

Program Participation

1. Affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with potential new customers.
2. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that are directly attributable to the affiliate's referral code or link.
3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Commission and Payments

1. Commission rates are subject to change at Qure Skincare's discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
2. Payments of commissions are contingent upon the collection of funds from the referred customer. Returned or canceled sales will result in the deduction of the corresponding commission from the affiliate's balance.
3. All commissions are subject to review and verification by Qure Skincare. This process is to ensure the integrity of the Affiliate Marketing Program and may include the delay or withholding of payment while an investigation is conducted.
4. Commissions deemed to be earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods will be voided.
5. Qure Skincare reserves the right to withhold or delay payment of commissions pending an investigation of breach of these terms.

 

Coupon and Deal Sites

1. Posting on coupon websites, such as CouponBird and Honey, is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found to be sharing or allowing their codes to be posted on such sites will be subject to immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
2. Affiliates are encouraged to report any unauthorized use of their codes to Qure Skincare for investigation.

 

Email Marketing

 

1. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting their referral link through email marketing unless prior written consent has been granted by Qure Skincare. Unauthorized email marketing efforts may lead to the suspension or termination of affiliate participation in the program and the forfeiture of commissions. Any link clicks originating from Google, rather than social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, will be subject to further investigation and may lead to suspension from the affiliate program.

 

Fraud

 

1. Engaging in fraudulent activities to boost link clicks will not be tolerated. This includes placing orders with stolen credit card information or purchasing large quantities of inventory with the intent to return items.
2. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of digital advertisement apart from posting organically on their channels. Affiliates may not engage in social media and/or search engine advertising that could cause their ads to appear above the official Qure Skincare website in search engine results.
3. Attempting to manipulate traffic through redirect fraud will be subject to investigation and removal from the program. Redirect fraud involves purchasing a domain (URL), installing scripts to redirect visitors to your website, and attributing the traffic to their own affiliate link. 
4. It is prohibited to place cookies on a user’s browser to falsely attribute future purchases to the affiliate involved. This deceptive practice falsely claims commissions for sales that were not a direct result of the affiliate’s efforts and will be subject to investigation.

 

Intellectual Property

1. Affiliates may not alter any brand assets provided by Qure Skincare without prior written consent.
2. All promotional materials, including but not limited to images, logos, and slogans, must be used in a manner that is respectful and consistent with Qure Skincare’s brand guidelines.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
2. Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all use of Qure Skincare branding, promotional materials, and referral links or codes.

Limitation of Liability

Qure Skincare will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendment

Qure Skincare reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Continued participation in the program after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Agreement

By participating in the Qure Skincare Affiliate Marketing Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Affiliates found violating these will face immediate termination from the program, forfeiture of commissions, and possible legal action. All affiliates must adhere strictly to these Terms and Conditions.
