Having trouble? Don’t worry, most issues are quick to solve.
Mask not turning on
- Make sure the device is fully charged (you’ll see a blinking light when
charging).
- Remove the mask from the charging cable, as the mask cannot be used while
plugged in.
- Check that the USB-C charging cable is fully inserted when charging.
- Still nothing? Try a different outlet or charging cable to rule out charging
issues.
Mask turning off too early
The treatment auto-stops after 3 minutes per treatment. If it’s stopping earlier,
your mask may need a full recharge.
Mask not connecting to the app
Ensure your phone/tablet’s Location Sharing is on. If connectivity issues
persist,
try closing the app and reopening to reload it.
