At Qure Skincare, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to read our Returns Policy before making a purchase.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To begin the return process, simply contact our Customer Care Team, and they will guide you through the steps.
Terms and Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If you’ve purchased an item as part of a promotion (e.g., buy one, get one free), all items in the promotion must be returned.
- We do not cover claims for efficacy within the first 30 days. To see noticeable results, we recommend using the product for at least 3 months, as stated in the product description.
- You must provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with your return.
- All accessories, original packaging, user manuals, inserts, and any printed documents must be included with your return.
- Products should be returned to the provided return address within 30 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense, and Qure Skincare will not reimburse these shipping costs.
- Products damaged due to external factors (e.g., improper handling) are not covered by this policy.
Money-Back Guarantee Exclusions
The following situations are not eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee:
- Shipping Delays: While we aim to deliver promptly, Qure Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. For pre-orders, the stock arrival date is clearly stated on the product page.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Shipping and handling charges, packaging wrap fees, and taxes (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are non-refundable.
- All returns must be submitted via our Returns Centre. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned products while in transit back to Qure Skincare's warehouse
- If you return products without an RMA or without all the original parts and accessories, Qure Skincare reserves the right to either refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of $10.00
Refunds
- Full-priced products are eligible for a refund, unless purchased through Klarna, Sezzle, or AfterPay
- Orders placed with Klarna, Sezzle, or AfterPay are eligible for store credit only.
Return Approval
All returns must be approved by Qure Skincare support before sending the item back. You will receive a Return Authorization Number, which must be included with your return to ensure easy identification. Any return received without this number will be rejected.
Returning Time Frame
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date. Returns, other than faulty items, must be received at the return address provided within 30 days from the date of return request was approved;
Restocking Fee
A return fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the shipping and warehouse cost which is $10 + the shipping cost. Customer service agents can provide a more exact cost before the product is returned upon request.
Klarna
Orders placed with Klarna are only eligible for a store credit;
Returns approval
All returns need to be approved by Qure support prior to sending the item back. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number which must be included with the return so we can easily identify your parcel. Any return received without a Return Authorization Number will be rejected.
Processing Time For Returns
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
Prior to any refunds being processed, we are required to receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements stated in this policy.
You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return. If your return has been approved, then again you will receive an email that your refund of the product cost has been processed to the original payment method.
Faulty
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. Should your product become faulty with the 12-month warranty period, please contact our Customer Care team support@qureskincare.com with with a description of the issue, order number and images/ video of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Our Customer Care team will guide you through troubleshooting tips in an attempt to solve the issue you’re experiencing. Further instructions may be provided, video requests and actions may be requested to help solve the issue.
If we are unable to solve the issue, we will assist you with submitting a warranty claim to have the item sent back to our facility for inspection and testing. If the product is deemed defective from manufacturing, we will organise a suitable replacement or repair within a reasonable time, and without significant inconvenience to you.
Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, water damage, modifications, misuse or any damage caused by the user that would make your device unfit for use. There is no extended warranty period on a replacement product.

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it’s automatically sent to our warehouse for processing. Due to the high volume of orders our warehouse receives, we usually aren’t able to intercept the ordering to dispatch process. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
