This guide will show you exactly how to use it, care for it, and get the best results from your treatments.
Quick Start Guide
Ready to begin? To get started with your first treatment, you'll need the following:
- Neck & Décolletage LED System
- Controller with double USB-C ports (provided)
- Adjustable straps (provided)
Step-By-Step Guide
Light sensitivity test: We recommend performing a light sensitivity test 24 hours before using this system for your first treatment. To perform this, apply the product to your inner forearm, ensuring the light shines directly onto the skin. Use it for a full 10-minute treatment. Wait for 24 hours. If you experience pain, discomfort, or redness lasting more than 2 hours, you might be light-sensitive. Please consult a doctor for advice before continuing use.
Charging Your Device
To charge your system, insert the USB-C cable into the bottom of the controller (look for the ⚡ symbol).
Connect the other end to a USB-C power source.
While charging, the indicator will flash white.
When the battery is fully charged, the indicator will be solid white.
Tips to maximize battery life:
- Avoid leaving your system charging for long periods of time.
- Avoid letting the battery completely run out.
- Do not use your system while it's connected to the charger.
Care & Maintenance
Wipe the system down after each treatment.
Spray with our Dermal mist to sanitize and keep the system clean for your next use.
When not in use, store your system in the provided storage pouch. Store it in a cool, moisture-free environment.
Troubleshooting & Adjustments
Having trouble? Don't worry, most issues are quick to solve.
System is not turning on
- Make sure the system is fully charged.
- Ensure the USB-C cable is plugged into the correct port on the controller (look for the port marked with the lightning bolt battery symbol).
- Check that the USB-C charging cable is fully inserted when charging.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button for a full second to activate the product.
- Still nothing? Try a different outlet or charging cable to rule out charging issues.
System is turning off too early
The battery level may be too low — charge the product fully and try again.
