02Safety Notes

Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
Do not look directly into the LEDs while in use.
Not recommended for use if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or other photosensitive conditions—consult your physician.
Only use the Qure™ Neck & Décolletage LED System as directed.

Follow these steps before your first use to check if you are light-sensitive:

Remove the power supply from the product (see instructions).
Apply the product to your inner forearm, ensuring the light shines directly onto the skin. Use it for a 10-minute treatment.
Wait for 24 hours. If you experience pain, discomfort, or redness lasting more than 2 hours, you might be light-sensitive. Please consult a doctor for advice before continuing use.

03 How to Use

Make sure the skin you want to treat is clean, dry, and free of makeup or other topicals.

Insert the USB-C cable from the Qure™ Neck & Décolletage LED System into the port located on the top of the controller.

Note:

The Qure™ Neck & Décolletage LED System can be worn in two ways:

Secured around the neck – to comfortably treat the entire neck and décolletage area.
Strap positioned across the shoulders – to lower the LED panel slightly and extend coverage further across the décolletage.

Both positions deliver full treatment benefits—just choose the fit that best suits your comfort and desired coverage.

Press the ON/OFF button on the controller. The treatment will automatically run for 10 minutes and shut off at the end of the session.

(You can also stop the treatment anytime by pressing the ON/OFF button again.)

After each use, clean the product using a water-based wipe, a damp cloth, or by spraying Qure Dermal Mist directly onto the Qure™ Neck & Décolletage LED System. Allow it to air dry fully. Do not clean while connected to power.

04Treatment Routine

Frequency

Use the Qure™ Neck & Décolletage LED System once per day for a minimum of 4 weeks.

After that, continue based on your personal care routine.

Limit

Do not use the product more than 7 times per week.

05Charging Instructions

Charge the Qure™ Neck & Décolletage LED System fully for 4 hours before first use.

Only use a 5V adapter or USB-C power supply.Fast chargers may damage the battery.

- Insert the USB-C cable into the bottom of the controller (look for the ⚡ symbol).
- Connect the other end to a USB-C power source.
- The LED indicator will flash white while charging, then show a steady white light when fully charged.
- Ensure the plug and socket are completely dry before charging.
- Unplug the product before use — it will not operate while charging.

06Care & Storage

To extend battery life, allow it to fully charge and fully discharge during regular use.

Keep the Qure™ Neck & Décolletage LED System at room temperature in dry conditions.
Store it in the provided storage pouch to avoid bending or crushing.
Avoid dusty, sunny, humid, or damp environments.

07Troubleshooting

Ensure the product is fully charged.
Make sure the charging cable is properly inserted into the power outlet.
Check that the charging cable is fully inserted into the product.
Try a different power outlet — the one used may not have worked during charging.
Ensure the USB-C cable is plugged into the correct port on the controller (look for the port marked with the lightning bolt battery symbol).
Press and hold the ON/OFF button for a full second to activate the product.

The battery level may be too low — charge the product fully and try again.

DO NOT attempt to investigate or modify the product. It contains no serviceable parts.
