Having trouble? Don’t worry, most issues are quick to solve.
Device is not turning on
- Make sure the device is fully charged.
- Ensure the USB-C cable is plugged into the correct port on the controller (look
for the port marked with the lightning bolt battery symbol).
- Check that the USB-C charging cable is fully inserted when charging.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button for a full second to activate the product.
- Still nothing? Try a different outlet or charging cable to rule out charging
issues.
Device is turning off too early
The battery level may be too low — charge the product fully and try again.
Something else?
DO NOT attempt to investigate or modify the product. It contains no serviceable
parts.
