Qure manufactures within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Every device is subjected to a strict design, manufacture, inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exact specifications.

Qure Skincare will replace or repair authentic devices eligible for warranty service that have defects or faults in materials and workmanship from manufacturing. Warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred.
What is not covered by limited warranty:
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, defects, failure caused by abuse or misuse, improper care, impact or insertion of foreign objects, use with a voltage connector, or loss of device. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.
How long does limited warranty last:
The limited warranty begins from the date of delivery and expires after one (1) year. The warranty period is not extended if your device is replaced by Qure Skincare during the warranty period. If your device was purchased more than a year ago, you are not eligible for a warranty replacement.
What Qure will do if your device is defective:
If you discover a defect or issue with your product within one (1) year from delivery date, please contact Qure Skincare customer support description of the issue, photo of the product and your order number (proof of purchase).
Once our online support team recognizes that the product has a fault, we will then assist you with submitting a warranty claim to have the item sent back to our facility for inspection and testing. If deemed defective from manufacturing, we will organize a suitable replacement or repair within a reasonable time, and without significant inconvenience to you.
If we find that your device is not defective upon inspection and testing when receiving the device back at our facility, we will notify you and return the device to you. All Limited warranty services must be authorized and performed by Qure Skincare.
Prior to any replacements being processed, we are required to receive the faulty product back at our facility to inspect the fault. Once confirmed we will then proceed with processing a new replacement.
Claim Process
In the event of a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase (Order Number) and contact Qure Customer Service Happiness Team to initiate the claims process. Our team will guide customers through the necessary steps to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Extended Warranty Information
Eligibility
The 1-year extended warranty applies to specific products designated by Qure and may vary depending on the product category. Customers should refer to the product description or contact customer service for eligibility details.
Coverage
The extended warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date the original warranty expires. This includes replacements of defective products at no additional cost to the customer.
Exclusions
The extended warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover consumable parts such as accessories. Similarly to the original warranty, the extended warranty will not be reset by the replacement device date; the original extended warranty date will still apply.

Resolution
Depending on the nature of the defect, Qure will replace the product, or provide a refund or store credit at our discretion. Replacements will be carried out by sending new products.
Limitations
The extended warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It is limited to the replacement of the product and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
Modification or Termination
Qure reserves the right to modify or terminate the extended warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or other official channels.
